Your privacy on Noora

Last updated 21 October 2026

Noora is a family website operated by ITGenerations Inc. (“we”, “us”). We keep this site simple: there are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies of our own. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit.

Information this website collects

The Noora website does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details, and it does not set its own cookies or use analytics trackers.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Videos and channel images

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Each video on this site loads only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, YouTube’s privacy policy applies. Channel logos and video preview images are loaded from YouTube’s servers, so your browser connects to Google to display them.

Our newsletter

The Noora family newsletter is run on Substack. If you subscribe, Substack collects and stores your email address and handles delivery and unsubscribes under its own privacy policy. We use subscriber emails only to send the newsletter and do not sell them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Children

Many of our channels are made for children, but this website does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. See our Children’s Privacy page for details.

Other websites

Noora links to YouTube, Facebook, Substack and AlQuranClasses. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Please review their policies when you visit them.

Your choices and rights

Because this website does not collect personal information directly, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will respond in line with applicable Canadian privacy law.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, for example when the Noora app launches, we will update this page and the date at the top.
