Children’s privacy
Last updated 21 October 2026
Noora is made for Muslim families, and many of our channels are made for babies, preschoolers and school-age children. Protecting children’s privacy matters to us, so we have kept this website deliberately simple.
What we collect from children
Nothing. The Noora website has no accounts, profiles, comments, chat, contests or forms for children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or any other child.
Our newsletter is for adults
The Noora family newsletter is intended for parents, caregivers and other adults. Children should not subscribe. If we learn that a child has subscribed, we will remove their email address.
Watching our videos
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Videos on this site load only when someone presses play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Our children’s channels are set up on YouTube for a young audience, and YouTube’s own policies for children’s content apply on its platform. For younger children, we recommend YouTube Kids or watching together.
Social media
Our Facebook pages and other social accounts are intended for parents and adults, not for children.
Tips for parents
Choose content with your child, use the age guidance shown for each channel, and watch together when you can. Talking about a story afterwards is one of the best ways to help a lesson stick.
The Noora app
We are designing a Noora app with family profiles and parental controls. Before it launches, we will publish clear information about what it collects and how parents stay in control, and we will update this page.
If you have a concern
If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
